How do I verify my account?
Complete identity verification in Settings using our Smile ID or Dojah integration. You will need a valid government ID and a quick liveness check.
How does membership billing work?
Memberships are purchased in-app via App Store or Google Play. Plans include Trial, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Biannual, and Annual options.
How do creators get paid?
Creators earn 70% of premium unlocks, gifts, and bookings. Earnings accumulate in your wallet and can be withdrawn via payout requests.
How do I report a user?
Use the report option on any profile or message thread in-app. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours.
