1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using CUMUNITI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CUMUNITI. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Account & verification

Users and creators may be required to complete identity verification. Failure to verify may limit platform features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Membership & payments

Membership plans, coin purchases, and creator earnings are subject to the pricing displayed in-app. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your app store account. All sales are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play billing.

5. Creator content

Creators retain ownership of their content but grant CUMUNITI a license to display and distribute it on the platform. Creators must not upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

6. Prohibited conduct

Users may not harass others, impersonate individuals, commit fraud, circumvent payment systems, or use the platform for illegal activities. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Limitation of liability

CUMUNITI is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
